Born in 1975， Wang Mingfang is a CPPCC （Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference） member of Shaanxi Province， member of Chinese Artists Association， vice chairman of Shaanxi Artists Association， researcher of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Culture and History and supervisor of painting and calligraphy senior class of Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts etc.
